Starter:
Pot sticker dumplings, ground pork, zucchini, orange and pickled ginger dipper.

Main:
Smokehouse pork ribs basted in a Jim Beam BBQ sauce, jalapeno cornbread, collard greens and red cabbage cayenne slaw.

Vessel: Highball or branded glass
Ice: Cubed or shard
Garnish: Lemon wedge

Ingredients:
50ml Jim Beam Bourbon
25ml fresh lemon juice
Soda water to top

Method:
Build ingredients over ice, stir and garnish.

A vast variety of twists can be utilised depending on season, menu and setting.

Jim Beam Highball

Main Course: Kentucky Mule

Vessel: Mule cup
Ice: Cubed Ice
Garnish: Lime wedge & mint sprig

Ingredients:
50ml Jim Beam Bourbon
Splash of fresh lime juice
Chilled ginger beer to lengthen

Method:
Put cubed ice into the vessel, pour over the Bourbon and add a splash of fresh lime juice.
Stir briefly then top up with chilled ginger beer. Stir again and garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.

Kentucky Mule

Dessert: Beamade

Vessel: Highball
Ice: Cubed or shard
Garnish: Mint sprig and lemon wedge

Ingredients:
50ml Jim Beam Bourbon
15ml Bols Triple Sec
Chilled lemonade to top

Method:
Add the ice to a highball glass, pour over the Bourbon and Triple Sec, give it a brisk stir then top up with chilled lemonade.
Stir to combine and garnish with a mint sprig and lemon wedge.

Comments:
Triple sec can be replaced by other Fruit Liqueurs to add a seasonal twist or compliment other menu items.

Beamade

Dessert: Bourbon Colada

Vessel: Hurricane Glass
Ice: Crushed
Garnish: Pineapple slice

Ingredients:
50ml Jim Beam Bourbon
35ml Pineapple juice
35ml Coconut liqueur
35ml Cream

Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over crushed ice in a glass.

Comments:
The coconut compliments the citrus lime flavours with the bourbon accentuating the biscuit.

Bourbon Colada

Cheese Pairing: Old Fashioned

Vessel: Rocks Glass
Ice: Single ice ball or cubed
Garnish: Orange zest

Ingredients:
50ml Jim Beam Bourbon
4 Dashes Of Bitters
20ml Sugar syrup
Orange zest

Method:
Stir all ingredients over ice to desired dilution then strain over ice ball in rocks glass. Garnish with orange and lemon peel twists.

Comments:
Can be use to upsell to Jim Beam Black or Jim Beam Double Oak.

Old Fashioned
