Courvoisier Cognac Gala Cocktail
In the 1950s, Chief Blender André Boufflet developed a new Cognac created to be mixed. This was a first and grew in popularity until the drink transformed into a lifestyle.
Vessel: Highball
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Lemon wheel or ½ moon slide of grapefruit (Dependant on mixer selected)
Ingredients:
50ml Courvoisier VS
120-130ml Sweetened citrus soda (lemon or grapefruit are preferred)
Method:
Build al ingredients over ice and garnish with citrus
