Made using a selection of the best organic grapes from 80 year old vines in Vega Tolosa’s Bobal Vineyards, and aged for six months in French oak barrels.
- Intense ruby in colour.
- Aromas of red fruit, aromatic herbs, and a touch of spice.
- Black cherry and dark plum on the palate.
- Ripple of herbs, and a twist of black pepper on the finish.
- Subtle and extremely delicious with a moderate but fresh acidity on the palate.
Perfect served with rich and meaty dishes, and stronger flavoured Spanish cheese such as an aged Manchego.
