The Silent Noise Cloudy But Fine Primitivo underwent 12 monts maturation in French oak under a veil of Flor yeast, the same yeast strain used in the production of Sherry.
The wine has complex aromas and flavours of soft, dark berry flavours and a slight almond character, reminiscent of frangipane, Cherry Danish, and blueberry struedel, combined with milk chocolate, and some more tertiary notes like black olive tapenade and bay leaves.
Only 800 bottles of this wine were made.
