Established in 1968, the Hanlin Hill vineyard graces a westerly incline situated on the eastern periphery of the Clare Valley. Here, the vines ascend to an altitude of up to 550 meters above sea level.
This meticulously tended vineyard yields grapes that give rise to remarkably robust, bone-dry Rieslings characterised by their pronounced flavours, slate-infused essence, and mineral undertones. The fermentation occurs in stainless steel vessels, and the wine undergoes a month-long cold settling before filtration and bottling.
