This distillery release from Hebridean distillery, Isle of Raasay is part of the distilleries annual releases where they aim to push their award-winning single malt to new heights. The Whisky started its journey in ex-rye casks before spending the rest of its maturation in Oloroso and PX Sherry casks. The result is a single malt with notes of charred nuts, stewed fruits, and aromatic smoke. Bottled at a cask strength of 52 % with only 8556 numbered bottles released.
