Whisky Part of Glenllachie single cask series which aims to shine a light on the unique interaction between wood and spirit. Master distiller, Billy Walker has selected a Pedro Ximenez hogshead for this specific single cask special bottling. Bottled at a cask strength of 57.7% with only 350 bottles produced the resulting spirit has notes of dark chocolate, honey, citrus and sweet butterscotch all culminating in a powerful finish with more citrus, honey and sweet spices.
