Gallica is nestled in the heart of Napa Valley amongst historic vineyards, coastal oaks, gardens and olives. Heritage Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon are rooted in gravelly soils ambling off nearby Sulphur Creek.
Precocious and showy, this vintage has great length and precision, power and finesse. Cabernet Sauvignon from this rocky site is energetic with aromas of white chocolate and pomegranate with forest notes of oak and cedar. The palate is savoury and rich with dark fruit, sweet tobacco, rose petal and a touch of cedar.
Perfect paired with grilled chicken and avocado salad, asparagus and pea soup, pork tenderloin, and mature hard cheese.
