• Uses fruit from Litchi chinensis. A species of tropical tree native to China. Often known as the "cherry of China" which has a soft delicate flavour. 
• On the nose, sherbet and fresh fruit with a hint of lychee. In the mouth, Lychee sweetness balanced by citric acidity, with hints of stewed red berry, green melon and grape soda.  The finish has strong authentic lychee with lingering acidity.
