Akashi Sake Honjozo Tokubetsu Gohyakumangoku 72cl 15% ABV

A manly traditional style sake that is slightly lighter than some and has a dry, crisp character. The rice has been lightly milled down to 60% to remove the outer layer.

The nose holds citrus and melon aromas and the palate if fresh and light making this delightful when chilled. It is an easy-drinking sake and pairs well with light seafood, olives or tempura vegetables.
