The wine's journey involves contact with natural yeasts during fermentation and ageing, preserving its fine balance and special elegance.
After gentle pressing, the finest must undergoes rapid cooling followed by static decantation. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 10-15 days, without malolactic fermentation.
