Geno is produced by the acclaimed Fundacao Eugenio de Almeida in Alentejo, one of the most dynamic wine regions in Portugal. It is known for great value, easy-drinking wines.
Geno Tinto portrays the local farmer, wearing a typical hat and red scarf. It is made a blend of Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicanet Bouschet and Syrah. The wine has a vibrant red berry fruit character with some herbal and peppery notes.
Delicious on its own, and a great red to chill down slightly in the summer. Also pairs well with tomato-based pasta and pizza dishes or a summer BBQ.
