Llopart are one of the founding members of the Corpinnat group. A collective brand that distinguishes the best sparkling wines from Penedes. Grapes must be organic, harvested by hand, and entirely vinified on the winery's own premises. These sparkling wines also typically spend far longer ageing on the lees. Typically for more than 30 months, as opposed to the 18 month minimum for Cava.

The Llopart vineyards are 100% certified organic and the estate comprises 95ha which are in three principal vineyard plots. Making the sparkling wine using traditional method.
