This Domaine Haut-Marin No. 7 Venus Gros Manseng Demi-Sec 2022 wine is semi-sweet with vibrant flavours, pairing well with a range of dishes.

The slight sweetness and acidity of the wine makes it a delightful pairing with spicy Asian dishes. Enjoy Thai curry, Szechuan stir-fries, or Vietnamese lemongrass-based dishes.

The Demi-Sec style of the wine, with its touch of sweetness, pairs wonderfully with a variety of cheeses, especially those with a slight creaminess or nuttiness.

Established in Gascony in 1920 by an adventurous Swiss winemaker, Jean Francois Morel. After starting with only 10 hectares Domaine Haut-Marin has now expanded to 270, but remains a family run enterprise to the present day, creating thirst quenching, fruit-forward wines.
