- Subtle sweetness from vanilla, caramel, and dried fruits such as raisins or figs balances the smokiness, alongside a touch of spices like black pepper and cloves. On the palate, expect a bold, lingering smokiness intertwined with earthy flavours of damp soil, leather, and tobacco.
