A great addition to our new Secret Bottle Shop spirits collection. An English rum which has been made in collaboration with our friends at Wardington's Original in Ludlow, Shropshire.

Drink the Hereford spiced rum with a splash of water or ice, or simply neat in a tall glass, warmed between your hands. There is all manner of cocktail styles that work well with rum. However they are generally served in a long glass with fruit juices and syrups.

Combine spiced rum, ginger ale and citrus to make a classic dark & stormy.

• 50ml Hereford spiced rum
• 25ml Fresh lime juice, plus a wedge to serve
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• 5ml sugar syrup (optional)
• 100ml chilled ginger beer
