The most serious and structured of Château Minuty’s bottlings, this rose wine has intense peach and melon fruit flavours perfectly complemented by saline and iodine notes on the mid-palate and a lengthy, mineral-laced finish.
Chateau Minuty was purchased in 1936 by the Matton-Farnet family and soon after, the vineyards were completely replanted with a focus on traditional, local grape varieties, painstakingly farmed to produce lower yields.
