Sipped neat, from the freezer, VRSD No.4 British Kummel is clean, precise and not overly sweet. Caraway is joined by subtleties of rose, peppermint, lemon, coriander seed, cumin, fennel seed and orris.
Texturally it’s viscous and oily when chilled, cloudy, yet crystalline and refreshing from the cold. With dilution, or in cocktails, notes of anise and baking spices emerge.
