Stambecco Maraschino Cherry Amaro

Created by Biggar & Leith, who are behind the Hotel Starlino range of Vermouth and Aperitivos, Stambecco Amaro is a bittersweet liqueur infused with maraschino cherries along with thirty traditional amaro botanicals, including sweet and bitter oranges.

Stambecco is the Italian for word for the ibex or long-horned mountain goat that roams the Italian Alps near the distillery. Hence, the word monte, meaning mountain is featured on the label along with a silhouette of an ibex.

Stambecco Maraschino Cherry Amaro is a perfectly balance, smooth, fruity and rounded amaro with a distinctive aroma and taste. Drink neat over ice or serve with a mixer for a delicious bittersweet long drink.
