Coeur de Nature, the first 100% organic cuvee from Champagne Devaux, is the result of a demanding environmental approach that has been in place for several decades in the heart of the vineyards of the Côte des Bar of Champagne Devaux. The nose is very fresh, reminiscent of biscuits. Beautifully ripe, with aromas of bergamot, dried apricots and dried flowers. The attack in the mouth is tonic and slightly saline. A crisp, crunchy wine, reminiscent of ripe flesh such as Anjou pear or mandarin orange. A fresh and very salivating finish.
