This James Eadie’s Whisky was distilled in 2007. Having matured in a single cask, the final 31 months were spent finishing in a refill Oloroso Sherry butt. This was cracked open in 2021, releasing a total of 595 bottles at a cask strength of 56.2% ABV.
A Scottish Whisky with aromas of pastries, toasted tea cakes with melted butter, ginger biscuits, warm apple turnovers, and layers of creamy custard. Flavours of cinnamon bun, chocolate orange, vanilla cream, and a drizzle of honey. A malty finish with soft floral notes, dark chocolate, cinnamon, cloves, and orange peel.
