Ca di Rajo have been going since 1931. All the grapes for their wines come from their own vineyards.
Lemoss is an unfiltered col fondo frizzante. Made using Glera grapes from the Bellusera vineyard. Fermentation takes place in the bottle, with indigenous yeasts. Fermenting the wine until it is bone dry.
