Edinburgh Gin Raspberry Liqueur 50cl 20% ABV
Perthshire is celebrated for producing the most flavoursome soft fruit, and the raspberries for this liqueur come from a family-owned farm in Alyth, Blairgowrie.
The fruit is picked at peak ripeness to ensure the perfect balance; promising just the right amount of sweetness to balance the fruit’s natural tartness. The freshly-picked fruit is infused into the classic Edinburgh Gin along with sugar, leaving the berries to macerate for a month to extract maximum flavour.
The taste of this infusion is not overwhelmingly sweet; it has a tart raspberry flavour that can be enjoyed on its own or with soda. This liqueur perfectly complements dry sparkling wine or champagne for an update on the Kir Royale, and is ideal for bringing a summery taste to classic cocktails.
