As the new millennium dawned, Buffalo Trace were committed to its guiding principle of respecting tradition while embracing change. The distillery set aside select whiskeys from the early 2000s. With the intent to explore new horizons in ultra-aged American whiskey.
The culmination of this vision is Weller Millennium, an exceptional blend of straight bourbon and wheat whiskeys crafted in 2000, 2003, 2005, and 2006. This release pays tribute to W.L. Weller by showcasing the profound influence of wheat on the whiskey’s distinctive flavour profile.
