Bivrost Helheim Single Malt Whisky is handcrafted at the worlds northernmost distillery in Arctic Norway, at 69 °N. The malt is made from Nordic barley, distilled in our hi-tech still and diluted with glacial meltwater. This is a fusion of modern distilling technology and tradition. Only 3389 bottles in this release. Nose: Clean nose with a strong oak presence, some biscuits and spices with a gentle vanilla.
Palate: Mouth-filling texture, with a clear barrel presence., spices, rounded with caramel and a gentle, smoky after taste.
Finish: Pleasant, second-hand peat with hints of tobacco and biscuit.
Overall: A good expression of crocodile charred and Ex Islay casks with a hint of the arctic and the signature spirit
