Toki Whisky Time Highball Cocktail

Perfected in Japan in the 1950s, the Time Highball Cocktail is a favourite of whisky drinkers from all generations today. The Highball is timeless classic – a simple, yet sophisticated balance of whisky and soda over ice that results in a refreshing cocktail that will never go out of style.

Vessel: Highball
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Orange peel

Ingredients:
50ml Toki Whisky
150ml chilled soda water

Method:
Fill the highball glass with ice.
Pour the Toki into the glass and top up the glass with the chilled soda water.
Carefully stir to blend the ingredients and add an orange peel to garnish.
