The palate has vibrant aromatics of zesty lemon, white flowers and nettle. The lively acidity gives this wine a very crisp and fresh feel and combines with the fruity, citrussy flavours to provide a long and clean finish.
Hamilton Heights Chardonnay 2018 - An elegant Aussie Chardonnay, bright lemon in colour with a fresh nose full of ripe peach and citrus. The palate has a nice weight with flavours of ripe mango, pineapple and peach with a crisp acidity and green apple notes. The tropical notes linger on the palate finishing long and refined.
Ca Luca Pinot Grigio 2018 - This modern Pinot Grigio from northern Italy is a delicate straw yellow in colour. The nose is full of white flowers with a delicate perfume and fresh appley fruit aromas. Tierra de los Santos Garnacha 2016 - This superb Garnacha from the Extremadura area of Spain has intense bramble fruit aromas on the nose. The palate is supple and round with delicious sweet blackberry, cherry and plum notes combined with chocolate and a herbal character. Chewy tannins and a fresh acidity give structure to the wine which finishes long and fruity.
Hamilton Heights Shiraz 2018 - Bright ruby red in colour, this Aussie Shiraz is bursting full of inviting blackcurrant and blackberry aromas on the nose. The palate is smooth and soft with juicy black fruit flavours and a hint of spicy pepper. Soft tannins give structure to the wine which has a long and polished finish.
