Trevethan Distillery create a hand-crafted gin in small batches using hand-picked botanicals. 

Honey Oak gin is created using Cornish virgin oak blocks taken from the heart of a fallen tree. The blocks are toasted and soaked in Cornish honey for 2 weeks and the honey soaked oak is then added to the original recipe gin and left to age for 6 weeks.
