Tenimenti Ca'Bianca Barbera d'Asti Superiore, Piedmont, Italy
Ca 'Bianca is an elegant and balanced Barbera, with a clear structure and a very fruity consistency. Intense ruby red in colour, with aromas of sweet raspberry jam, red cherries, strawberries, and blueberries, together with subtle notes of tobacco, coffee beans, chocolate, and spices. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with freshness, excellent tannins and a good minerality.
Perfect paired with grilled white and red meats, stews, roasts, poultry, and chestnut soup.
