Founded in 1631, Bodegas Baron is a small producer obsessed with quality. Their Oloroso Sherry has delicious complex flavours of crisp toffee, orange peel and plump raisins.
The un-matured version of their Oloroso has been used to season oak casks in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in the heart of Jerez in South West Spain, before being shipped to Scotland and filled with whisky from the Port of Leith Distillery.
