This Louis M Martini Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a boisterous Red Wine with an assertive profile, which spent 17 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels (29% new). It offers ripe notes of blackcurrant, plum, crushed fennel, and cedar. Rich and rustic, it features distinct brambly undertones and finishes with structured, lingering tannins.
A perfect match for braised spare ribs, sausages, spaghetti and meatballs, pizza, roast beef, or aubergine ratatouille.
