La Caravedo Pisco

La Caravedo is a premium Peruvian Pisco from the oldest working distillery in the Americas, Hacienda La Caravedo, which was established in 1684 in the Ica Valley of Peru. This award winning Peruvian Pisco is made exclusively using non aromatic Quebranta grapes.

Clean and fresh on the nose, with notes of apple, pear, almond and cherry. The palate is elegant and full bodied, with slightly sweet notes of dry orchard fruit, banana and grass, together with a hint of chocolate. A long, rounded finish.

This full bodied and complex Pisco is versatile spirit that can be used in cocktails, especially a classic Pisco Sour.
