Hayman's English Cordial Gin is a limited release from the well know range, made in homage to a style of gin enjoyed in the 1800s with a little help from drinks historian David T. Smith.
With good helpings of earthy spices at its core alongside a subtle sweetness, this is an intriguing expression which ought to be very useful for Cocktails.
Only 1,500 bottles of Gin were produced.
