Using a single cask gives the whisky a distinctive identity, with the sherry influence shaping its rich fruit, dark sweetness and warming character.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBottled at its natural cask strength of 60% ABV, equivalent to 105 British proof, the whisky retains its full intensity.
