Della Vite is a luxury Prosecco brand launched by the Delevingne sisters. The stony, glacial soil, enriching sun and Adriatic breeze of the Valdobbiadene hills provide the ideal environment for making a more vibrant, mineral expression of Prosecco. The grapes for Della Vite Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG are hand harvested from 40 year old vines from the steep hills of Valdobbiadene. It undergoes double the usual amount of time spent on secondary fermentation, with natural yeasts, giving it an extra level of texture and complexity. Like the Prosecco DOC, this is a crisp, light style but with even more elegance and aromatics, with prominent citrus blossom and camomile florals intermingling with orchard fruit and fresh herbs.
