Clement Rhum Ambre
A simple, fragrant Rhum Agricole from the French speaking island of Martinique.
This French Caribbean Gold Rum is crafted from the distillation of sugar cane juice and aged for a minimum of 12 months in oak barrels.
Medium to light brown in the glass. On the nose, it is quite rich and almost chocolatey with a big hit of hazelnuts. The palate is grassy with a hint of rich tea or digestive biscuits. Mild oaky spiciness, but nothing too overpowering or complex.
Stands out in a short cocktail, such as a Ti Punch or an Old Fashioned.
