A great example of a quality English wine white and from a grape variety that is becoming regarded as the still wine varietal of England.
Whole-bunch pressing retains the aromatic purity of this wine which is fermented at cool temperatures. Blending and clarification takes place after three months on lees in tank and the wine was bottled in March 2017. A crisp, refreshing white wine with aromas of melon, pineapple, elderflower and grapefruit. The palate is fresh and zesty with flavours of gooseberry and nettle leading to a crisp, dry finish.
