Boukman Botanical Rhum

Boukman Botanical Rhum is distilled from fresh cane juice, much like Martinique’s rhum Agricole. In Haiti, the style is called clairin trempe, where raw, undiluted spirit is macerated with spices and botanicals indigenous to the island, such as native barks, clove, allspice, and bitter almond.

The spirit smells dark and earthy, with a hint of baking spice. On the palate, Boukman Botanical Rhum is tannic, with subtle, bitter root flavours. The finish is long, dry, and elegant.

Perfect served neat, on the rocks, or in a Manhattan or Old Fashioned.
