The new launch for Bivrost Jotunheim will take place on Wednesday the 8th of December at 10am.

This Bivrost Single Malt Whisky is handcrafted under the glow of the Northern Lights, at the foot of the majestic Lyngen Alps, at 69 °N.

Made from Nordic barley, fermented with glacial meltwater from the Lyngen Alps and distilled in their hi-tech still. This is a fusion of modern distilling technology and tradition.

Bivrost Jotunheim Single Malt Whisky is matured in predominantly bourbon quarter casks and barrels from Heaven Hill but were finished in some Ex Stout Beer Casks from Graff micro brewery.
